PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SUBLET
I live on the 12th floor of a 1950s era "superblock" building just south of Washington Square Park. Excellet location and amazing city view! The building has a 24/7 doorman, a package room, laundry in the basement, and an outside courtyard garden.
The apartment is furnished, has one bedroom, one bath, a spacious living room, and a stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Parquet flooring and tons of natural lights with big windows in both the living room and bedroom. A lovely sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Greenwich Village.
I am looking for someone who can stay in the apartment and watch my cat, Scout. She is fed twice a day (an automatic feeder can allow 24 hour periods of being away) and her litter box is cleaned several times a week. She likes to play and cuddle once she is comfortable with people. All food and supplies provided.
Rent has taken cat-sitting responsibilities into consideration.
I am a university professor, like to keep the apt tidy, and in constant battle with cat fur. I will be traveling through Decemeber and January.
A deposit of half the rent is required to secure the sublet and will be returned in full after move out, unless repairs or extra cleaning is required. We will meet in person or over zoom before move-in.
