I am looking for a short-term, furnished, private space from mid-October through mid-November. My dates can be flexible, but ideally start October 18th weekend. Open to renting for more than 1 month if the place is right! I have a car, so a parking spot would be great, but am okay with street parking too. Wifi is a must, but I've lived in New York for 8 years, so can survive without W/D and dishwasher in-unit :)

Would ideally like a studio, ADU, or 1-bedroom apartment, but open to a room in a shared house if location/place is right.

Preference: Venice, Santa Monica, Brentwood, anywhere in the west hills or canyons

Budget: $2,500 / month

About me: I will be moving to LA in mid-October and looking for a short-term place to rent while I explore neighborhoods and find a place of my own. I work in marketing and will be working from my office in Santa Monica 2-3 days per week. Will work from home or coffee shops the other days. I'm quiet, don't drink, respectful, and happy to provide references or any other rental requirements.
