I'm an arts director and also build out arts spaces and am working on a new construction and design project and would like to caretake a cabin/house as I oversee construction. The dates are flexible.

It'll just be me. The main requests are light, high ceilings, quiet. I have a car and a motorcycle so a garage would be amazing.

I own a place in NYC, and am very neat and quiet and will keep your home in great shape. If you need construction or project work done / design consulting / gardening...also happy to work something out.

Price is flexible... more concerned with ease of use. I also commute to Cornwall, CT occasionally.
