The building/apartment needs to be cat friendly. I’m looking in Manhattan below 23rd street or on the Upper West Side and in Fort Greene, Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, or Cobble Hill.
