We are a couple (writer + visual artist) looking to spend this winter near the beach. We live (and love) living in NYC but are looking for a change of pace for a few months.

We'll be subletting our apartment and can be fairly flexible about the dates. I've listed November 1-May 31 as the max time we'd like to rent, but we're definitely open to shorter periods within that span.

Furnished or unfurnished is totally fine. My partner had a spinal surgery last year so it would be our preference to bring a two-seater sofa (that has some special adjustable features that help his back) with us.

We are very neat, don't drink, and are really looking for a quiet space.

We'll be bringing one car so being close to the beach (and not necessarily walkable, though that's lovely) would be great.
