Hi! I’m moving from Chicago to nyc at the beginning of November. Looking for short to long term housing in Bushwick area preferably. Happy to move into an open room or find some friends and look for a space together. Ideal budget is $1200-$1400 per month but willing to go higher if needed. I’m a clean roommate (especially in common areas) and I like to keep myself busy out of the house. I have a good credit score, and the restaurant company I work for in Chicago is transferring me to a spot in BK, so I’ll have income. I don’t have any pets but happy to live with a cat or well trained dog.
