Hi All! ISO UWS / Manhattan Valley 1BR long-term, unfurnished apartment for December move in. Would like to stay at or up to $3,200. I currently live in the area and would like to stay nearby.
My ideal space would be somewhere I can be long term and make it a home-base. I love pre-war architecture but am open to modern buildings as well. Would appreciate a space with natural light, outdoor space a plus. Ideally an elevator building or max 2 story walk up. Open to railroads and large Jr. 1brs. Would like to be close to the 1/B/C trains for my commute.
Happy to provide work / landlord / personal references as needed.
About Me: 34 year old professional with full time job. Returned to NY last year after ~10 years abroad and looking to make a place my home here. I appreciate nice decor and like to keep my space clean and organized. While I enjoy having my sister or some close friends over for dinner/movie nights, I am past my partying years and do not have large groups over. I do have a 2.5 year old, well-behaved dog who trained as a service dog but is not currently working as one. He has always lived in apartments and has never had any issues (if you are in the area and have a dog I'm sure we've met!).
Outside of work, I like to walk through the parks, visit the Grand Bazaar, see shows, and take different classes.
