I'm moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment in Greenpoint and am hoping to find a studio or one bedroom in Brooklyn to live in by myself. Flexible on location.

My current lease is up at the end of September, so I need something by Oct 1. But I am be flexible on move-in date for the right place.

I'm looking to enter into a year-long lease with the possibility of renewal after a year, ideally around $2k/mo, but I have some flexibility on price.

Not looking for a roommate.
