I'm relocating back to NYC from DC and I'm seeking a month-to-month sublet. I am fairly flexible on timing here, but looking for something that starts in May through early fall. I am open to furnished or unfurnished; studios, 1 bedroom, or rooms in a shared apartment (private bathroom would be ideal here). I work in office most days and travel a lot on the weekends, as a roommate I am quiet, clean, and if I'm home I tend to keep it lowkey just watching tv or chatting with friends on the phone. I am fairly flexible on budget, but would like to keep it under $2300 a month. I am looking for sublets in Brooklyn with a short walk to the train.

I'm in my mid-30s, first moved to city over a decade ago so excited to be back after a couple years away. I don't cook very often so don't expect to see me in the kitchen and I like to keep common spaces clean.
