I’m seeking a live/work space where my cat can live full-time and I can come each day and use the space as my studio.

My partner has a cat allergy that has only grown worse in time so seeking a creative solution that keeps us together.

I live in Manhattan and I am open to seeing spaces here, Brooklyn, Queens, even upstate as I have a car and can easily travel.

As for Greta: she is an 11-year old deaf Maine coon. Total queen. Loves bellyrubs and sunshine.
