I know it’s not the best photo but wanted to get the listing up. Quiet building with mostly families, there’s an opera singer you can hear practice down the street on Sundays. Must be ok with cat, 17 F, fixed and declawed. Sleeps most of the time. Preferably female roommate, but open. This is a walk up but it’s worth it!
