I am 30 years old and have been living in NYC since 2019. I’ve had stable income from my arts nonprofit job for 7 years. I work from home 3 days a week. I appreciate a quiet home but love to host friends for dinner parties or movie nights! I like a mix of socializing with my roommate and having time to decompress by myself. I like to cook, and am always happy to cook for two. I am out of the apartment at least 3 out of 7 evenings of the week, but more often in the spring and summer. I love photography, going to museums, and enjoying a good park. I am a very clean and respectful roommate and hope to find the same!
