Seeking a furnished room (or unfurnished for the perfect space/roommate) starting sometime between May 1 and June 1. I'm looking for a min 3 month stay, ideally through the end of 2026, with potential for longer if it's a great fit.

I'm also open to finding a roommate to find a furnished 2 bd apartment together.

My budget is $1,500/mo (utilities + wifi included). I could go slightly higher for the perfect spot.

I'm a podcast showrunner and professional screenwriter. I presently work from home most weekdays, but plan on looking into a coworking space once settled.

I'm very neat and tidy— I clean on Sundays, tidy surfaces as I go, never leave dishes in the sink before going to bed, observe a no-shoe household. Looking for someone who identifies on the cleaner side as well.

I have a cat named Rio (5 years old, sweet and easygoing). He's not with me now but will likely rejoin me sometime between Sept-Dec, so pet-friendly is needed for long term stays. Open to living with another cat as well. No dogs.
