My father is currently undergoing chemotherapy and needs to find a short-term sublet or rental in the city to be closer to his treatment facility for easier access during this time. He is looking for a quiet, clean, and safe space, ideally furnished, where he can rest and recover between treatments.

It would also be amazing if there was a dedicated parking space to give him and my mom one less thing to worry about during their stay.

We're hoping to confirm the exact dates with his doctor soon, but he will need a six week sublet at some point between now and the end of the year.

My parents live closer to Sacramento but would need to be in the city for my dad's daily visits to Mission Bay. My mom would be living with and serving as primary caregiver, helping my dad during his treatment. They're both retired and focused on his care right now. I'm the eldest daughter (I work in tech) and my sister (a teacher in the city) would be visitors, but we would be the only visitors during this time.
