Seeking Short-Term Sublease (Oct 18 – Nov 1) — Entire Apartment

Hello! I’m looking for a full apartment (not a room) to sublet for two weeks, from October 18 to November 1.

Preferred areas: Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, Greenpoint — but I’m also open to other great Brooklyn neighborhoods, as well as East Village, Chinatown, Lower East Side, West Village, or SoHo.

Budget: Flexible, but ideally within the equivalent of $3,000/month or less.

Size: Doesn’t matter, could be a studio or one bedroom apt. Nothing crazy.

About me: I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful guy who will be working in Manhattan during my stay. I’ll treat your place with care and leave it just as I found it. Happy to take care of a cat or any plants while you’re away.
