I'm Alex, I'm a data scientist who sadly is getting RTO'd and as a result I'm looking for a furnished studio/1B in the 3-4K/month range for a short term lease while I figure out next steps. I would prefer to be in Manhattan, ideally in the UWS, East Village/Alphabet City, Chelsea or West Village, but I'm open to other neighborhoods as well.

Natural light or even a balcony or roof access are big plusses in my book. I'm generally low impact on my living space, quiet and clean.

Only interested in entire places, some flexibility on the dates.
