I'm an art director moving to NYC for the fall for work and am looking for a furnished sublet from early September through late November (flexible on dates, but ideally no shorter than 3 weeks).

I'm seeking a 1-bedroom or a well-laid-out studio, and I have a strong preference for the West Village, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, East Village, or Lower East Side (anywhere with charm, character, and a great walking neighborhood vibe).

I'm super clean, quiet, and highly respectful of others' homes. No pets, and I’m financially stable with references available if needed.

Would love a space with natural light, and of course, Wi-Fi is essential. Open to other parts of downtown Manhattan if it’s the right fit!
