Hi!

I have been coming to NY every month, for over a year, for work and I'm ready to take the deep dive into living here. I am currently in a sublet that I found from this site but my time here ends at the end of this month.

I am looking for an entire apartment/home, pet friendly (I have two very well behaved doggies) - preferably somewhere with W/D in unit or a laundromat very close. I know everyone is going to try and market themselves as the best tenant ever, but I truly am very clean and respectful of spaces. I ran my own airbnb for a long time and so, I'm super conscious my neighbors, someone else's space and building management, etc.

I am open to locations as I'm trying to find which neighborhood I enjoy the most. Let's chat more about budget and logistics!
