Hola!
Me llamo Shaun, a visual artist who will be taking part in RONDO, a six week residency in Coyoacán. This will be my second time visiting CDMX, which last wooed me with its verdant glory two years ago.

I need a furnished place to stay for some or all of August 2–Sept 14, ideally my own small flat with private bathroom and a kitchen/ette. access to laundry is a plus, plants and art would feel like home. :)

I'd like to stay within a 30 min bike/bus ride to the studio, which seems to run from Roma Sur to University City and Las Aguilas to Culhuacán. I will be spending a lot of time at the studio and around the city taking in as much as I can, so the space will largely be for sleeping and downtime.

I am very tidy and respectful with excellent vacation rental reviews. Mi español no es gran, pero escucho mejor que hablo! It will just be me for the duration, and my wife will be visiting for a few days early on as well.

I am he, Shaun Kardinal, a 44yo queer off-white cis male living in South Philadelphia, where I reside with my wife and a hound dog. Previously I was a very active member in the Seattle arts community. I love the arts, seeing and making it, and greatly enjoy live music and dancing. Friendly, thoughtful, and curious, I am rarely bored. I work for a small, progressive design studio called Civilization, where my focus is in web development, a remote position I can take with me wherever I go. This will be especially useful when I'm in CDMX for a full six weeks engaging in an international arts residency. !!
