Hello! I'm subletting my room in my 2BR Crown Heights apartment at $350 a week — happy to work out a flat rate for folks who want to stay longer or the entire time the room is available!

Minimum 1 week but happy to work something out!

You'll be living with my roommate, a 31 y/o woman who works from home 1-2x a week but is otherwise in the office all day. We both work in the arts. You'll take my room, which is the bigger of the two and comes with a queen bed. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared spaces.

Place is 4th floor walk-up that's a 10-minute walk from the Nostrand A.

About This Lister

I'm a 33 y/o writer who works from home. I travel regularly for research and film festivals—that's when I rent out my room. I was a frequent host on vacation rental sites. I sublet my room every Jan/February, May through August.

My roommate is a 31 y/o queer woman who also writes/works in the arts. She loves to cook and share her culinary masterpieces but otherwise is on her own schedule and keeps to herself!
