Some background: The lease on my current apartment with a roommate ends on June 30. I am moving in with my partner in the fall and would love some solo space in the interim!

I am flexible on length of time. I currently pay $2,000/month and that is my budget for the sublet.

I’m a mid-30s queer woman (she/her) who is employed full time at an art gallery in New York. I work a lot, cook a lot, and love unwinding with a chill night in that incudes dinner, ice cream, and a bingable TV show. I keep my space very clean and organized. I am respectful and responsible. All of my socializing is done outside the home so I would not be having people over.

As I mentioned, I’m looking for a few months of solo living before making the big and exciting transition into chatting with my long term partner. I cherish my alone time and this period will be a meaningful way for me to enter our next phase with groundedness and clarity.
