Sunny apartment with windows in every room. Third floor walk up. Rooftop access with great views of Manhattan. Big kitchen that is stocked with almost any kitchen appliance you need. Both of us have worked in fine dining (BOH & FOH), so love food.
The room is sunny, 10'10 x 6'10, and already furnished with a bed, chair, desk, shelves, clothing drawers, etc... The room is on the smaller side, so it's a great option for someone on the go, or comfortable in a smaller space.
We're seeking someone ideally for the year but may open to shorter term til february / march.

Our ideal roommate is clean, considerate, communicative, friendly, intellectually curious, and down to become a friend.
Roommates are S (she/her), C (he/him), who are both in their 30s and in art / education fields.
S is a sculptor, teaches at few universities throughout NY, and has a studio in Greenpoint. She's often out of the house working on a new sculpture, trying new restaurants, or reading about history or art theory. Home is generally a low-key place to recharge for her.
C is currently software developer and teacher. He also loves loves to cook and experienced in fine dining in a previous life. His primary interests outside work include documentary photography, experimental music and culinary arts. Often works from home, listening to NTS live, seeing exhibitions, a film at metrograph, or a concert. He plays music in his room sometimes but keeps it low. He is an early riser.
S's 3 year old, hypoallergenic toy poodle. He is docile, affectionate, and is a goofy loving dog. S handles all his caretaking, but he does love attention and C takes him with him out to cafes to work.
