Hello. I own a 1000 sq. ft., 2-BR house in the Village of Catskill. From my house it's a five-minute walk to Main Street with its cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, and art and music venues. Walking distance to Catskill Creek, the Hudson River, and beautiful green spaces. A short drive to many nature preserves and other charming Hudson Valley towns. Eight minutes by car to the Hudson Amtrak Station. 10 minutes to the Thruway. 30 minutes to the mountains.

My house is small but comfortable. It gets tons of light. I have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. A mini-split heating/cooling system. A backyard that needs some love. Parking is free (no meters, no permit required) on the street out front.

I will be out of the country in July. I'm still making my plans, but I may choose to stay away into August, or I may return in August but then leave again for 1-2 months in the fall.
