Hello! We're looking for a fourth roommate to join us to sign the lease for Sep 1 :)

The apartment is a single unit above a restaurant (there has been no issues with bugs or anything from the restaurant). There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, so we split the bathrooms up. There are no neighbours

~ There is no space for a bike in the apt :(
~ There is no heating/AC in the central area. It's not too bad but just something to keep in mind.
~ There is a skylight in the central area.
~ One flight of stairs
~ No doorman, please be thoughtful about your packages
~ Laundromat is half a block away
~ Morgan L stop is a 4 min walk away the J is a 15 min walk
~ Street can be noisy but your room is on the inside so it should be quieter
~ Working stove, microwave, + oven
~ Virtual doorman, a postal service is a block away as well + many Amazon lockers around
~ Smoking is not allowed in the apt

General vibe:
~ We have chores (you get one week a month to do trash, cleaning, etc)
~ We're a place to go home to, so no parties, prefer a chill social life
~ Prefer the space to be private for us, so no parties :(
~ The restaurant we live above, has parties 2x a year just fyi. They're super fun!
~ Def welcome friends to come by, but we don't have space for someone to be over constantly unfortunately.
~ Overnight guests are ok, can stay in your room a week max
~ We're all pretty independent, we go to work, we go home and chill

The room:
~ Maybe 8x13 feet,
~ Small closet
~ Medium sized window

Seeking someone who:
~ Has no pets, we already have a golden retriever
~ Cleanly and responsible, no dishes left in the sink please. The space isn't huge and since there's 4 of us, we really need to keep everything tidy and clean!
~ Communicative and courteous! Don't need to be besties but can chit chat here and there.
~ Ideally someone late 20s-early 30s
~ Looking for one roommate only

About the roommates
- J is 30yo she/her, is an artist and works remotely in her art studio
- A is 28yo he/him, is a teacher and has a golden retriever
- L is a 23 yo she/her who is in advertisement
