Rental period: Sept 1st thru Sept 30th. OR Sept 1st-15th or 22nd. (i.e. first 2 or 3 weeks). **Small chance this could extend longer into the fall/winter so reach out with specific date requests.

The bedroom is very large—approximately 15x15.
Fabulous open living/kitchen situation with a loft-like feel. 13+ feet of countertop in the kitchen.

Ideal renter is a clear communicator, clean, respectful, and a reliable professional with a solid renting history. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. No pets.

It’s right on the Q line—which is great for getting into Manhattan in a flash, but also makes the train part of the gentle “soundscape.” No guests have had issue with it, though please consider this if you are extremely noise sensitive. The apartment is on the top (6th) floor so well above the tracks. Elevator building, no laundry onsite, but laundromat across the street.
