• I keep the apartment very clean. I kindly ask the same of guests.

NEARBY
• Central to everything great in Red Hook: Pioneer Works, Sunny's, Bar Mario, The Record Shop, Red Hook Tavern, Food Bazaar, and the piers (where you can see gorgeous sunsets almost every night). In the heart of Van Brunt's residential/shopping area.
• The Red Hook laundromat offers free pickup/delivery, or is a 5 minute walk away.

TRANSPORTATION
• The B61 stops right in front (alongside a Citibike dock), so transportation is easy. It's a short ride to the F/G at 9th/Smith, or a 15-min ride to all other trains in Brooklyn Heights.
• 8-min walk to the ferry which takes you to Wall Street Pier 11 in Manhattan in 10 minutes (also goes to DUMBO and beyond).

DATES
• October 2 – 16 (if you need a shorter stay within these dates, ideally a week on either side of the 9th, I'm open to discussion. Dates are *not* flexible outside of these dates.)
