Hello! Looking for fellow bands / musicians who are sick of practicing at Pirate.com and would like a dedicated space to practice, jam, and record.

We are moving into this space in April so we do not have any photos of it yet. But we will be looking for people who are looking to keep the space neat and also be respectful of the equipment as well.

The space will be fully rehearse-ready (amps, drum-kit, pa system, etc), and will be a great place to record demos as well.

You will be sharing the space with 5 other individuals who all use the space for their own musical projects, we keep a google calendar to manage space usage. You'll get one weekly slot that is 100% yours plus free usage of the space any other time it's open (building is open 24/7).
