The building is a work only space (no residential use). It has 2 private bathrooms, wifi, slop sink, refrigerators, microwave, and a common area with couches & chairs. There is also bike storage at the entrance.

24-hour Access. 5 minute walk to the Morgan Ave L. 10 minute walk to the Montrose / Grand St L.
