About This Lister

I am an artist and founder of a nonprofit art gallery which I have operated in this space adjacent to my studio for five years. The gallery is moving to a bigger location so I'm subletting the space for the remainder of my lease. I work with textiles, wood, paint, and encaustic in this space. I keep my studio clean and the gallery pristine. I have a positive relationship with the landlord and management has always been very helpful and responsive. My neighbors are friendly and quiet.
