room in a 2br artist loft.
it's the photos from the realtors because I am also moving in 12/1.
it is ground floor, spacious room enough for king bed + desk + other furnitures, has a window to the inside of the loft.
there is space heater + ac for the loft.
shared space will be the kitchen, bathroom, and dining-living open space.

the loft is located near the L and M train (dekalb & knickerbocker) and there is laundry room in building.
the loft will be furnished by myself, room available is not furnished.
I do have enough furniture/kitchen supplies/etc that I prefer someone who carries light, maybe just enough furniture for the bedroom, although open to discussion.

this can be a month to month situation as long as you let me know a month in advance.
short or long term, although ideally looking for someone at least until next year march or longer.

I am an artist/ceramist in my late 20's and work in ceramic studios, teaching and fabrication work.
I prefer another woman or woman identifying or queer roommate, who is clean and considerate, someone who considers home as a place to rest and reconnect, preferably doesn't work from home since I do occasionally as well and work on paintings and other projects at home.
But it's more important that we are a good match, respectful and value each other's peace of mind.
I sometimes invite friends for dinner, but do like to keep the space on the more quiet, peaceful side.

last photo is my current place just for an idea of furnishings.
I might paint some of the walls with lime wash or ambient blue for the kitchen, tbd, just before move in.

utilities are split equally and is not included.
