I'm a painter, I have to travel away for shows in EU asap and I d like to leave my studio in good hands.
Rent is 1550$ + utilities.
This is a rare find of an old school studio / living space. There s a mini kitchen ( stove and a fridge), and a comfy canopy bed. Large storage room. Two sofas and a bookself. No shower! Just the possibility to stay all night. Great roof!

The building is very nice and calm, all artists. Red Hook is the best neighbourhood, very Gilmore Girls like. The Ocean and food bazaar is close as well as the F/G train. Parking is easy on the street.

The end date is flexible, I could either come back in Spring or have you untill January 2027 or something in between. I' m very flexible, would just need to rent it asap as I need to travel away.
