Rent: $900/week (utilities and cleaning included)
Total for the full 12-day stay: $1,543

Security deposit: Equal to half the amount of the rent (fully refundable after move-out, pending no damages)

About the apartment:

This cozy and fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a single person or couple. It features a full kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one of which is currently set up as an office/studio with an electric piano.

About Ridgewood:

Ridgewood is a peaceful neighborhood right on the Brooklyn-Queens border. It’s within walking distance of Bushwick’s vibrant nightlife, live music venues, and great bars. Williamsburg is a 20-minute subway ride away, and the Lower East Side / Chinatown are about 30 minutes away.

Hi! I’m a sound designer and creative technologist working in experiential design. I was born in Madrid, grew up in Upstate New York, and I’m now based between Ridgewood and Barcelona.

You'll find some remnants of Barcelona in my apartment and books on music and design that you are welcome to read during your stay. There's also a digital piano in the office room which you can play (although some of the keys are in need of repair!)
