An airy clean space in the heart of Silver Lake, this studio is perfect for the thoughtful visitor ready for sunshine in LA this fall.

All utilities, including electricity for the AC and washer/dryer and wifi, are wrapped into the monthly rate.

The design of the studio is warm and wonderfully minimal. The ceilings are lofty. You have a full fridge and gas stove at the ready. You will also enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer and a freshly cleaned AC unit.

As this is a temporary stay, most of my items shown in the pictures will remain, including the natural organic queen mattress, organic sheets, and towels, non-toxic household supplies, healthy pantry items, high-end air filters, and more. I will clear space in my closet, pantry, bathroom, and dresser drawers for you to settle in. WiFi and all utilities are included for an effortless move in and out experience. You will have everything you need to make your home here for 3 months!

Enjoy an incredibly walkable neighborhood. Erewhon and all the lovely eateries like Cafe Stella and Tartine and coffee shops such as Intelligencia are just a short 2 min walk away!

You will have your own gated entrance and private outdoor area. Easy street parking can be found directly in front of the unit.

My landlord is darling and lives directly above. She travels often for work, but when home she appreciates quiet after 10 PM.

Absolutely no pets (even though I love them) and no smoking/vaping (of any kind) inside or outside of the house as I am allergic and highly sensitive to both.

I prefer one subleter for the entire time, but I am open to puzzle-piecing. So if you only need half of the time or want to extend into December for longer, please feel free to reach out :). Thank you!
