We're a multidisciplinary group of artists looking for a person to join our open plan creator / office / art space in the Silverlake Hills- in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the reservoir, Lamill, L&E, many restaurants, with great views.

Please read carefully to help efficient dialog:

The available space is right next to all the windows, & sliding glass door. Can come with desk (per picture, or bring your own). It's a big space, includes the couch as essentially a private space shared with the other few folks in the front area. Regardless the open floor plan, this is a location most directly close to all the windows. This is the desk directly under the windows on the left, which was set up with a video editor in these pics.

There are currently two video editors, a photographer, a musician (on headphones), a seamstress... you = open to anything that could benefit from the space. Art of any kind is okay (great!) but nothing messy/dusty/fumes/significantly out-loud. Writers, administrators, etc also welcome!

General vibe is quiet, not looking for folks on zoom calls all day every day - though some is fine! Respectfully anything casually listening would be on headphones most of the time, it's an open plan space and that's what we've all agreed to. Again, an occasional call, zoom, studio visit, or visitor is fine. But it's not a rehearsal space for performance companies (i.e. don't bring in a crowd unless v rare, and it's never going to be a public facing show space... though could do private showings depending on your practice). As much as there are a handful of us in there, seldom are more than 2 (often even just 1) in there at a time.

Like I said, on all options, there's a little flex for the best fit (in terms of desired amount of usage, okay with quiet, etc). Please get in touch with your budget, desired use of space, duration, and that you've read and understood what this space is (respectful, diy-ish, self-maintained, a fantastic opportunity for the right folks). We mutually make soft efforts to keep it clean & sweet.

The price currently includes utilities, internet, AC, an outdoor space for occasional use, mini fridge, brita for water, and there’s ample street parking.
