We're a multidisciplinary group of artists looking for 2 people that could use various sized spaces for their practice to join our open plan creator / office / art space in the Silverlake Hills- in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the reservoir, Lamill, L&E, many restaurants, with great views.

OPTIONS ON BOTH PRICING AND DURATION!!! Please read carefully to help efficient dialog:

The available space right next to all the windows & sliding glass door is large, comes with huge white desk (could be removed if not wanted), and the desk plus fireplace space where there's currently shelving would be empty upon your arrival. The storage on the far wall could also be cleared out, though if you're only there for one month let's talk about that. It's a big space, includes the couch as essentially a private space regardless the open floor plan, and is the closest to all the windows. This should be $700, and is available immediately - this is my space and I'm out of town temporarily, but potentially willing to switch to a smaller space when I'm back, so this is open to 1 month temporarily or sincerely also flexible for consideration/discussion re: longer term. Price slightly flexible based on short timeline, but it's a big space with great light, with 24hr access & would be a great fit for someone. Currently the other desk visible in those pics is a compact set up with a video editor, and otherwise the whole front space would be yours.

The other available space pictured currently with black & red desks is approx 12 x 15 feet - large - with plenty of wall space, and tall enough (raw ceiling = above average height). The mockup with drawing shows the breadth of the full empty space, the pics with desks only show less than half of it. Every furniture piece in the pics is removable EXCEPT for the (v cool) built in work desk on the right side (visible in pic with purple lines), and the water heater. This space should also be $700 in full, OR there's a possibility to break it down in a still-large but somewhat smaller space for $400 (likely more akin to the picture in the two-desk set up, and we'd all use the rest of that empty space for storage for the time being. This space does not have natural light - but is around the corner from the area with windows, and some decent light comes through. BUT DEFINITELY NOT DIRECT - to be clear, we need to streamline only folks who this works for. You're welcome to bring in whatever lighting you want! i.e. there's a photographer on the other side of this space & it's a terrific fit for them. This space is available long term, but open to request for shorter (not less than 2 months).

There are currently two video editors, a photographer, a musician (on headphones), a seamstress... you = open to anything that could benefit from the space. Art of any kind is okay (great!) but nothing messy/dusty/fumes/significantly out-loud. Writers, administrators, etc also welcome!

General vibe is quiet, not looking for folks on zoom calls all day every day - though some is fine! Respectfully anything casually listening would be on headphones most of the time, it's an open plan space and that's what we've all agreed to. Again, an occasional call, zoom, studio visit, or visitor is fine. But it's not a rehearsal space for performance companies (i.e. don't bring in a crowd unless v rare, and it's never going to be a public facing show space... though could do private showings depending on your practice). As much as there are a handful of us in there, seldom are more than 2 (often even just 1) in there at a time.

Like I said, on all options, there's a little flex for the best fit (in terms of desired amount of usage, okay with quiet, etc). Please get in touch with your budget, desired use of space, duration, and that you've read and understood what this space is (respectful, diy-ish, self-maintained, a fantastic opportunity for the right folks). We mutually make soft efforts to keep it clean & sweet.

The price currently includes utilities, internet, AC, an outdoor space for occasional use, mini fridge, brita for water, and there’s ample street parking.
