Over sized living room with two couches, smart TV, play and theater library, and the famous playbill wall. Office area with desk, digital piano, and studio gear that you are welcome to use! There is also a sound proof booth in the apartment voiceover actors and musicians :)

Huge bedroom with whimsical crane mural, vanity with Loveshackfancy details (IYKYK), dresser, and smart TV. Ample closet space throughout.

Fully equipped old hollywood style kitchen with yellow tile and lemon print finishes.

The extra spacious bedroom has gorgeous windows with a whimsical crane mural, queen sized velvet bed, and soundproof spare closet which can either be used for your clothes or as vocal booth!

Full bath with pink vintage tile, newly glazed soaking tub and lots of counter space. Separate fitness area with spin bike compatible with either SPD or Delta LOOK cleats. There is also a Soulcycle monitor and you are welcome to stream classes.

The neighborhood is green, quiet, and extremely walkable. Just one block away from Gelson's, Earthbar, Barry's Bootcamp, and lots of cute cafes and coffee shops. Wonderful neighbors, great energy, and all around special place.

$135 daily rate.
