It is an open plan with the kitchen as part of the living and dining space, with two small bedrooms and a large deck. It has a washer and dryer. When you have the windows open or you are on the deck you can hear the rushing water of the falls. The location is excellent as you can walk to the High Falls food coop, walk to the rail trail and drive 15 minutes to Kingston or New Paltz from here.
