I’m subletting my room in my lovely apartment for 5 months. I’m a PhD student and have to take the fall semester off unfortunately, which is why the room is available for that set amount of time.
The room is small but that’s reflected in the price - $985 including all utilities.
The pictures show a single bed & desk but there is currently a double in there and no desk - though a desk can be provided if needed.
You’ll be sharing with two girls, both super clean and conscientious. 31 & 33. We’re all out a lot at work or socialising but when we are home we like to cook and watch tv together. The main thing is we take good care of eachother and our shared space ❤️
Location is Crown Heights where it borders Bed Stuy, the closest subway is Kingston Throop - just a few minutes walk away.

One months deposit plus the first months rent is required to secure the room. Please only respond if that’s ok, plus if you’d like to sublet for the full 5 month period.
Full rent will be paid on the date of move in every month. There is some flexibility for move in date through August.
