Hi! I'm looking to sublet my apartment for the next few months. Located in South Harlem. Looking for someone who will respect and care for the space as their own in my absence. The space will be available from Feb 6th until June 30th. There is flexibility on dates and an option to extend.

About You

- You are a responsible and trustworthy person who pays bills on time.
- You like to maintain and keep a CLEAN space.
- Non smoking
- You prefer not to wear outdoor shoes in the house.
- You are generally comfortable when it comes to city living.

The Apartment

- South facing, a lot of sunlight
- Street facing
- Elevator + Small laundry room in basement
- Kitchen will have most essentials (Not many extra appliances, so bring your air fryer!)
-There is an office space in unit.
- AC/Heat unit in each room
- No pets (Sorry!)

Location

- Short walk to 116th stop for B/C or 2/3 and 125th stations for A/D
- Bus options M2, M4, M10, M116 and many others
- Not far from Columbia University, Central Park, Morningside Park, coffee shops, restaurants, bars all close by.
- Numerous grocery store options (including Lincoln Market, Lidl, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's on 125th)

About This Lister

I will be caring for family while I’m away. I will also be traveling a little bit but I will still be in the tri-state area when not. Therefore if you have any issues, I’m available to help coordinate with the super and repair workers. This apartment and community is home to me so it is really important that I leave it in great care.
