Subletting my bedroom in a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom rowhome in South Philly.

You'd share the house with 1 roommate in her mid-30s.

Looking for Feb 1 - May 15 but you could move in asap.

The right fit may be able to re-sign the lease with the current roommate in May.

About the place:

This two-story house is wider and longer than a typical South Philly rowhome & truly feels spacious. It's brighter than usual, too, thanks to big built-in mirrors that multiply the sunlight. Central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, insinkerator. Chill & responsive private landlord. Lovely neighbors. Cute cafe across the street, yoga on the corner.

The large, sunny, south-facing primary bedroom is yours. The room fits a king bed and then some, with two double-wide closets and a funky bonus: in-ceiling speakers.

The big finished basement is great for storage, though you're more than welcome to use it for art, music, work, etc.

There are two full bathrooms in the house — one upstairs, and one downstairs in the finished basement.

About your roommate, Annie:

I'm Annie (she/her, mid-30s). I work in film/post-production, mostly from home with occasional travel. I love textiles, dreams, journaling, bowling, art, learning guitar, feng shui, and fresh air. I'm mostly oriented around peaceful coziness, though I love to host a pancake breakfast once a month or so (join us!) and play songs with friends every now and then (respectful hours only).

I love sharing a house and creating a beautiful, lived-in space as a team, even if we're mostly off doing our own thing as roommates. I value housekeeping, straight-shooter communication, and a collab attitude.

I have all the furniture/tools/things that make a house a home, but I'm totally open to swapping out furniture etc if you've got some beauties!
