Low rise, walk up, 1st floor (not ground floor) fully furnished, small one bedroom, with a full kitchen.
Lots of light, pet allowed.
This is a small, awkward shaped apartment. The living room is nice, great light, tin ceilings. The kitchen is large (for NY standards), full size oven, and fridge. The bedroom and bathroom are tiny. Bathroom has a tub, but too small to soak in. The bedroom fits a queen bed, but there is only little space left against the wall.
The layout is a long space with the living room overlooking 4th avenue, the kitchen is at opposite end, overlooking back yards.
Laundry is a block away, great coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries near by.
Subway, F (4th Ave Stop) and R (9th Ave Stop) are a two minute walk from the apartment.
Utilities and wifi are included in the rent.
This is a temporary sublet. Can be flexible with an extra month on the end.
