Sweet, light-filled apartment on the second floor of a 2 unit home, with a doctor's office on the ground floor. Features dishwasher, 3 spacious closets + an over-door storage space, a jacuzzi tub, and a private outdoor space that is almost the same size as the apartment itself.

The building is quiet, with only one other neighbor (she is absolutely lovely) and her two cats. The building is actually owned by the doctor's family who practices below, so it's very easy to reach him and repairs have been prompt if anything comes up! Since the sliding glass door to the patio is so large, we get sunlight pouring in most of the day. The kitchen has ample cabinets & storage space. We also have use of a balconette off of the bedroom (pictured with the desk area) that faces the front of the building.

5 minutes walking from the 7th Avenue F/G and the 4th Ave/9th St. F/G/R subway lines, and a block away from coffee shops, grocery stores, and our wonderful local laundromat. We are on the corner of 9th St. and 6th Ave, super convenient. Tenant pays all utilities, they've historically come out to ~$200-250 per month for us.

My partner and I have lived in this apartment for a year and a half and absolutely love it, but we are separating and unfortunately cannot afford the apartment on our own. The landlord has asked us to find a tenant to sign a new lease starting Nov 1 for a full year. He allows pets on a case by case basis and is looking for kind, reliable tenants :)
