Lovely, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. A 1 minute walk from the beautiful, peaceful, Brower Park which is quite literally on your doorstep.

The cross streets are St Marks Ave and Brooklyn Ave.

Nearby you'll find coffee shops like Cafe Cotton Bean (7 mins) or Corto in Bed Stuy just a 14 min walk away. Also plenty of grocery options on Nostrand Ave just a 3 min walk away, plus lots of great restaurants and cafes on Franklin Ave which is just a 15 min walk away too. The A and C train at the Nostrand Ave stop is just an 11 min walk away too which takes you directly into the city.

My unit is on the ground floor of a building with elevators and high ceiling. There are washers and dryers on site in the basement of the building.

I have a super comfy bed and mattress. A super comfy couch with a huge LG TV screen with Netflix and all the rest.
