Looking to sublet our large (fully furnished) 2 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment perfectly located on the Bedstuy/Clinton Hill border. Perfectly equidistant between the Classon G and Franklin C this first floor apartment has two queen sized bedrooms with an open layout Kitchen and Dining room plus a massive living room with a desk setup for remote work.

Shared rooftop access, Dishwasher, Microwave, Window Unit A/C in every room plus Laundromat just across the street.

Within walking distance to so many bars and restaurants just up the street on Franklin Ave and Classon Ave including Speedy Romeos, Clementine Bakery, Bar Birba and For All Good Things. Plus a lovely 15 min walk to Fort Greene Park and all the surrounding restaurants on DeKalb and Lafayette Ave.

My roommate and I will be traveling from the 29th of August to the 14th of September, would love to rent for the entirety of these dates but are of course flexible within the dates listed.

Please note that while our cat will not be in the apartment while subletting, this is a home that usually has one and while the apartment is very clean, if you have a severe allergy to cat dander this may not be the sublet for you.
