I'm looking to fill an entire apartment (two bedroom or very large one bedroom apartment) in Sunnyside, Queens available for rent starting November 1st. The lease is for 1 year minimum.

The apartment has beautiful original details and wood flooring as well as windows in every space. The space could work great as a two bedroom (as it is shown in the photos) or a large one bedroom. Each room has ample space for work from home setups and hosting guests. For reference, photos are showing queen size beds. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave (in addition to gas stove/oven and fridge) and fits a small breakfast table for two. The building has radiator heating and no central AC. However, window air conditioning units for the main spaces can be kept in the apartment if desired. The apartment will be completely empty for the tenant - all furnishings shown in photos will be removed.

Some info about the building - the apartment is on the 2nd floor of an elevator condo building with laundry in the basement. The basement has bike storage, however, the building does not allow electric/rechargeable bikes or scooters due to risk of fires. The building does not allow pets either.

Sunnyside is a really quiet, charming, and diverse neighborhood. There are tons of different restaurants nearby and special local shops to get all kinds of groceries. The 40th St - Lowery St 7 line subway stop is just two blocks away and it is very easy to get to Greenpoint (10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk).
