The apartment is large, with a living/dining room, full-size office/nursery and queen-sized bedroom.

Location is key: two blocks from Brooklyn museum, prospect park, and Vanderbilt Ave. Half block from Radio Bakery and Gold Star.

Please note: This is really a 3bd but I’d be leaving my things in the spare bedroom and renting as a two-bed (one plus office). However, if two friends wanted to sublet, I could leave my things in the office.

Renovated in the summer of 2023 with new kitchen, bath, floors and windows.

Fourth floor walkup, quiet, nice neighbors. A great spot to spend cozy winter days and nights!
