I am subletting my spacious 105 sq meter artist live-in loft, just off Warschauer Str. on a quiet residential street. The loft is located in the third backyard, making it extremely quiet while being very central. It's only a three-minute walk to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, trams, cafes, restaurants, clubs (the famous Berghain is five minutes walk).

The loft has 4-meter-high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and shower. There’s a cozy loft bed (double) and a comfortable living area with a massive sofa (suitable to sleep on as well for shorter periods of time). The studio is bright, south-facing, with big, well-insulated windows and a French balcony.

Ideal for somebody wanting a quiet, spacious place in the middle of it all, or an artist who also wants to use the space as a studio - there is plenty of space for any creative project.

Dates available:
2nd of February - 7th of February
22nd of February - 22th of March. Dates could be a little bit flexible if needed for this period.

The rent is 420EUR per week, or 1600EUR for the month.
