I am subletting my Kreuzberg flat from 11 March to 31 July 2026, for 1,550 EUR/month (approx $1,800), with utilities & internet included. The apartment is lovely and gets lots of light during the day, with very high ceilings and large windows. The place is spacious (59 m2), fully furnished and has a new washer machine. There are two bedrooms (one rather large, with a writing desk; the other smaller, good for a guest room or a child's room), as well as an office space. The bathroom has a roomy bathtub; the living room gets beautiful light and the kitchen is small but fully equipped and gets the job done. There is space for bikes in the Hinterhof.

The location: The apartment is in Kreuzberg on the 1st floor (2nd American) of an Altbau. The canal is at the end of the street and it's wonderful in warm weather. The neighborhood is lively with lots of cafes, restaurants & bars, but the apartment is on a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood. I usually write during the day and it's peaceful.

Transportation: U8 at Kottbusser Tor in 10-minutes walking distance; Görlitzer U1 & U3 is 5-minutes walking distance.

It’s important to me that the subtenants are quiet and responsible -- I have a very good relationship with my neighbors and would like to keep it this way :)

Please note that no Anmeldung is possible.

There is a possibility to extend the stay but I will not know if this is possible until likely late May/early June 2026.
