The apartment comes with airy windows in every room. The bedroom has a queen sized poster bed (with dimmable lights) and ergonomic pillows, as well as closet space and a 9 drawer chest that will be emptied for your storage use. Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, rice cooker, oven, a gas stove and plenty cooking supplies/spices that you are welcome to use. The bathroom is large and also features a bathtub. My living room has both a tatami mat and CBD sofa, whatever you prefer to relax on.

The location is off Church Q/B or Parkside Ave Q, just steps from the most beautiful park in NYC Prospect Park (this side is the side with the lake). There is also a laundromat, cafes, local Carribean food and Brooklyn Bathhouse, a spa/sauna.

It is originally a 2bdr, but 1bdr is used for storage and will be locked.

The apartment is on a fourth floor walkup.

Price includes utilities and is for a 2 week period.
