Situated at the foot of Griffith Park, this bright and charming
1930's 2nd floor 1 BR + office apartment in the heart of Los Feliz is available for sublet from April 14th until May 5th, while I am traveling for work. Preference will be given to someone who can stay most or all of this time, but I am open to discussing shorter stays as well. Please reach out!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: It's clean & quiet (no parties please!), with a well equipped kitchen (except for a dish washer), comfortable furnishings, tub & separate shower in the bathroom, air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom, high speed internet, and shared laundry in the building.

I should mention that I don't have a TV.

I should also mention that it's right on Los Feliz Blvd., a very busy street, so there will be some street noise.

There is an orange tree, currently loaded with ripe fruit to pick, in the courtyard and plenty of unrestricted free parking along the side streets next to the building.

We are walking distance from Griffith Park, as well as Hillhurst and Vermont Avenues, with their numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, banks, post office, library, and other services you may want or need.
